Privacy
What happens to the information you share when you book a session or get in touch.
Booking
Sessions are booked through GlossGenius, a scheduling service. The details you enter when you book are collected by GlossGenius and handled under its own privacy policy, which you can find on its booking page. This site does not collect or store them.
If you email [email protected] instead, your message is read by Cassandra and kept only as long as it is needed to arrange your session. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. It does not tell us who you are.
Reviews
The client reviews on the home, services and about pages are shown through Elfsight, a widget service. On those pages your browser loads the reviews from Elfsight's servers, which receive the same basic connection details any website does, such as your IP address and browser type.
Health information
Please share only what you are comfortable sending online about pain, injuries or pregnancy, and tell Cassandra the rest in person.
Having your details removed
Email [email protected] and anything you have sent directly will be deleted. For details held in your booking, Cassandra can help, or you can contact GlossGenius.
